The Namib, the oldest desert in the world. On that coast, deep-sea water from Antarctica rises and collides with the warm air of the desert. The salt is only available on a few days a year with a lot of sun, low humidity and little wind.
It floats on the water like a wafer-thin layer of salt, strongly resembling snow.
Slightly salty, ideal for all kinds of fish and seafood dishes and as finger salt.
Packed in a nice see through mill.
